What is TAX ID?
The Taxpayer Identification Number is a personal identifying number generally used for tax purposes. When shipping a parcel to one of the countries listed below, the Customs office must request the receiver to provide his/her TAX ID. If this information is not available, the package will be returned to the shipper. To accelerate the delivery process and assure its success, we ask you to provide this information together with your shipping address when completing your shopping experience. If you do not have a TAX ID in the country where you want to receive your parcel, you can either provide a shipping address in an alternative country or contact order@wuzz.ooo for further support. What do your products come with?
ULA & ELI come with a Wuzz storage bag (made from Recycled PET Fabric), Magnetic USB charging cable and a user manual.
What materials are ULA and ELI made of?
They are made of body-safe silicone and ABS thermoplastic polymer, which add to their waterproof properties. Make sure to keep your devices in a dry and safe place without exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
Are ULA and ELI waterproof?
Yes, both of them are 100% waterproof to maximize your pleasure. Additionally, you can savor the moment with them by indulging in a soothing warm shower or a relaxing bath.
How to charge my Wuzz device?
All Wuzz devices need to be fully charged before you first use them. After that, it's best to only recharge the device when its battery is completely empty to maximize its battery life. You'll notice the lights blinking when the device is charging, and once the lights are steady, it means the device is fully charged and ready for use.
Can I use my adapter with the Magnetic USB charging cable?
Yes, all USB adapters are universal. Depending on the manufacturer, some will take a longer or shorter time to charge.
What moisturizer should I use with Wuzz devices?
Always use water-based moisturizers, since they are developed to maximize your pleasure. Avoid using silicone-based moisturizers as they could damage the silicone of your device.
How do I register the warranty of my Wuzz product?

How do I dispose of my device?
Only dispose of your device if it's ready to be disposed of. Keep in mind that opening the device will void its warranty. Because all Wuzz devices contain a lithium-ion battery, the battery must be removed before disposal and should not be thrown away with household waste. To remove the battery, peel away the silicone cover, open the plastic shell, and remove the battery to be disposed of by your local environmental regulations. Wear gloves during this process for your safety.
